The Brief

Ray Ban was looking to bolster their presence at the annual Vision Expo West conference. To do this they were looking for an innovative way to get the attendees engaged with their new Blaze collection.  Our solution was to gamify their experience making a clear connection between the new product line and the attendees envisioning themselves wearing them.  

What we did: 

  • Design, Development, On Site Support

  • Created kiosk sign in experience to register users, photographed user and gather leads 

  • Showcased Ray Ban Blaze Collection Glasses 

  • Created Wall projection game โ€“ of floating headshots of attendees with Ray Ban glasses 

  • Attendees awarded points for hits  - leaderboard advanced throughout the day.

The Vision West convention is the premiere location for optical companies and technologies to showcase their latest work. RayBan was looking to support the launch of their new Blaze collection with a fun and interactive for people to experience the product in a memorable way.

 

The Results

  • Over 400 participants each day

  • Participants were willing to wait up to 1.5 hours to play

  • Over 1200 premiums were distributed over the course of the 5 day event

  • The execution launched into a stand-alone product called ThrowYo
